Wonder if you locked onto the signal with an active SHIFT ?? Then after a
couple of lines the guy hits NUM and then LTR so it synchronized you.... (I
assume you wern't listening to ascii)
Speaking of which, can someone give me a quick primer on the difference
between RITTY, MMTTY, etc ?? Are these 3rd party software packages? I have
nothing that works for RTTY. WL fails to work for PSK31, or any RTTY mode (as
well as CW) although the same hardware setup works fine with DigiPan and
WinPSK. I'd sort of like to fool with RTTY again. Havn't done that since the
Nav let me out for good behavior almost 30 yrs ago.
