[WriteLog] Physical connection to SB Card

Naive question here...

Is the physical connection from the mike to SB card (mine is a SB 128 PCI) a 
2-pin (ring tip) mono or 3-pin (ring-tip-sleeve) stereo? 

The Heil mike has a 2-pin mono plug. I've seen SB mikes at the store that are 
3-pin.

I don't want to plug a 2-pin into a 3-pin jack.

I can't find any documentation on this anywhere.
