Speaking of files, I was looking at a .wl file with a hex file
viewer, and I noticed it seems to have a bunch of extraneous
and redundant junk in it. Is there any rhyme or reason to the
file format? You can sort of see QSO's in there, but it's
almost like they didn't want you to be able to decode it.
