[WriteLog] Missing field data on Cabrillo Summary Window

Still using v10.46 and find that when I am submitting a log using cabrillo
format the summary window comes up but there are no choices in the drop down
menus for anything including section, entry class, etc.  This forces me to
modify the Cabrillo file before submission.  What can I do to get the drop
down selections to appear?
