Trying to get an otherwise fully functional notebook computer up and running
with WL - and when I select a rig under "ports" I get a Com 1 not available,
Access Denied error. This typically means something else is already using
Com 1, but nothing else is loaded or running. I checked the BIOS - Com 1 is
enabled. OS is WIN 2K-NT.
Anyone have any ideas or ways to check what's using or messing up Com 1?
