Thanks to Gert PA3AAV for the answer:
"Make sure that you installed V.2.11 and then make sure you have inserted a
space before your callsign, so something like
Test%A K4ZW%a"
I'm not sure what Two Radio Run Mode version I was using but upgrading to
V.2.11 and using his suggested text did the trick.
