[WriteLog] Sending tq8 and cabrillo files from Writelog

Is there an alternative to Outlook for this function? I'd like to use a
one-way only (sending) client that runs in the background.

With the sending of a cabrillos, is there a way to automatically address it
as WL does with the tq9 sending process?
