10m Contest?

I've been working my way through WL 9.14 and am probably going to use it
for the 10 meter contest.

The default setup is a bit odd...shouldn't the band be configured as 2
bands (cw and phone as Q's can be made on both modes), and shouldn't the
default report received change from 59 to 599 and vice versa as the mode
changes?

Any help is appreciated!
