Agreed.  This is normal.  

Just be sure you rig isn’t turned on and set for RTTY when you’re booting the 
computer!  (Yup…I’ve done it.)  Actually, my Rigblaster M8 has a switch that 
disables the PTT…but again, the switch occasionally finds itself in the wrong 
position!
