Short answer: no.
Longer answer: the CW decoder codes in WL predated CW Skimmer by a few
years (or maybe even decades--June, 1999 for WL's CW decoder, don't know
when CW skimmer appeared) and there isn't a plan to improve them. To
copy CW, I recommend you use the CW Skimmer output, or find some other
solution.
