[WriteLog] help win7, writelog, mmtty, and microKEYER 2R+

Gang,
My problem #1 was resolved by re-going thru all the microKEYER set-up 
and I found the the "Load router at start-up" options was unchecked. So 
the router was not starting up until I clicked on its icon.
Now to figure out #2
