I had problems with that, too.  Eventually I entered the call as "callsign/MMR1"
and the exchange as "1", and the program accepted that and gave multiplier
credit, listing the "country" as "MM Region 1".  The station, however, sent his
callsign as "/MM" and his exchange as "R1", so I'm not sure how the contest log
checking program will handle it.  WL seems to expect the exchange to be a
number.
