[WriteLog] CW Problems

It seems that after updating to 10.57H from 10.55 I now cannot key the rig like 
I always did through COMM port 1 using RTS, opto coupler.
   
  I know the COMM port works as when I do a wrong config in WriteLog it keys 
the rig.
   
  Has anyone had this problem or know what the cure is.
