This weekend is the ARRL DX Contest CW. I have created a WL prefill
exchange file for DX OPERATORS ONLY! This is a history file based on the
ARRL Contest Results csv files download page for the years 2010 - 2013. The
file contains 3,281 unique US/VE call signs and their respective
State/Province.
This is the QTH information needed by DX stations. US/VE stations will need
to copy the power level sent by the DX station. Since that information is
not contained in the csv files and is probably highly variable from year to
year, there is no way to construct a prefill file for US/VE stations. You
will have to do it the old fashioned way, from over the air!
