You're almost right. The macro needs to have:

Ok, that is what I have been doing, and get no results. So evidently I
am not doing something right. First line of Friend.ini, left margin I am
using [HI], nothing else. Using %H in the macro I get just "Ed", not "Hi
Ed", is this correct ? If so then how do I get it to say "Hi Ed" ?? Not
even sure I will use it, but now its about to get to me, and I won't be
satisfied till I know how it works. ....73
