[WriteLog] CPU Bog Down

One more observation here.. The WL Packet window will not close.  If you
hit the "X" in the upper right corner it goes to minimize, but it will
not shut down.  If you hit ALT-F4 that will also not close it.  Once
open it stays open until WL itself is shut down.
