[WriteLog] WriteLog 11.24 re-release

Hi Folks,

We've gone ahead and re-released WriteLog 11.24J as a minor bug fix for
the just-released version.  This update affects you only if you use
WriteLog File/Print QSLs, otherwise its identical to the version
released earlier in the week.   If you had experienced a problem while
printing QSLs, this new version has the fix and is available at the
website:

http://writelog.com/downloads/writelog-versions
