I made sure everything was uninstalled. I ran setup. Everything went
fine. Then went to the .exe. It asked for the registration code. Put it
in but keep getting error. I have the call in correctly and the reg code
is pasted directly from writelog's email. I know I am missing some step
here.

Had similar problem myself, you need to download V10 first and install
before upgrade, can be found at :

Had a computer crash and starting all over with new system. I installed
10.27G which was my first install without a problem. Now trying to install
the 10.33C upgrade and having some difficulty. Unzipped the files fine.
Ran setup and I get an error "Writelog V10 Not Installed".
Brain is fuzzy still but sure would appreciate some help.
