[WriteLog] Problem with mouse-wheel rig tuning feature

Is anyone using the Writelog feature that is supposed to let you tune up and 
down in frequency using your mouse wheel?

I added the following line to the CONFIG section of the INI file, as described 
in the manual:

MOUSE_WHEEL_HZ=10

But I can't get it to work.

Is anyone using this feature? Is there something else I need to do to turn it 
"on"?

I'm using version Writelog 10.54, XP, FT-1000MP.
