Subject: [WriteLog] Need help with Kenwood TS940 hookup
Gm all...I am new to Writelog and have everything in place except =
connecting
the radio to the sound card.. I used to use a Hal rtty decoder but would
like to try MMTTY. I hv a SB PCI128 a Kenwood TS940 with a Heil Proset =
and a
computer interface for the rig. I hv looked thru the archives and the
websites but am still unclear as to what to do. The TS 940 has a RTTY =
jack
on the back and Rx audio I believe goes from the external speaker jack =
to
the line in on the sound card. Where does the Heil plug in and how do I =
deal
with RTTY and PSK31....CW works just fine (W1WEF interface)
Anybody out there familiar with the 940 ?
Thanks
Randy N1KWF
