[WriteLog] Band Map on F4

For the life of me, I can't make it stop. That is, I type in a partial call
in the entry field, i.e. "JA1", and hit F4 to call the station. "JA1" is
placed on the Band Map. What I would like is for the Band Map to be
populated only when I hit ENTER or the + key. Help, please?
