Thanks to Jack, W3TMZ, for pointing out I missed VE9. That
would be added under the [CQRTTY-ALIAS] listing like VE9=VE1 as I believe
VE9 is NB.
What makes this discussion even more interesting is that I ran a test
log through WT4I Cabrillo Tools and it scores NB and NS as separate
multipliers which we can clearly see by the rules is wrong.
Did the rules change? If not, how in the world did we ever miss this before???
