Go to "Entry" --> "Timed CQ..."

You can read them from any existing file. Go to "Setup" --> "CW/RTTY/SSB
Messages..." and click on the Browse button. Find the file you want and Open it.
Another handy thing to read in from an existing file is "Tools" --> "Recover
Window layout..."
