Can anyone point me to a link explaining how to setup WL and MMTTY for
SO2R
using the right and left Mic Inputs on a sound card. I think I understand
the
hardware setup but it's not clear to me how to set up WL and MMTTY. Is
there
a particular Rev level of each I have to be at to make this work.
I don't think you can do it that way. To use the 2 channels of one
soundcard, you have to use the WriteLog Rttyrite decoder. If you want to do
SO2R with MMTTY and have 2 soundcards (or integrated sound plus a sound
card), you might like to look at http://www.qsl.net/wa9als/so2r-mmttyx2.htm.
Also check Don's pages at www.aa5au.com and www.rttycontesting.com.
You can open 2 instances of MMTTY and direct each one to a certain
soundcard, but you cannot direct MMTTY to a certain CHANNEL of a given card.
