Wayne, can you please help with this?  The wltnc.zip file that is used to
build the  RTTY TNC example won't compile because both wltnc.h and wltnc_i.c
are missing.  I double checked the .zip file and they aren't included there.
Am I doing something wrong?  I'm using VC++ 6.0 and opening wltnc.cpp and
wltnca.cpp and trying to compile them.

Appreciate any suggestions,
