Ya I see that now clicking on the S&P screen stops the run radio, so I guess
it's changing focus to the second radio,
Anyway of keeping that non-focused radio going? It stops in the middle of a
contact exchange, witch sucks and makes me juggle
Around faster to restart it and continue the QSO.

You may have to give us a bit more info.
My guess is that you are switching the transmit focus rather than just the
receive focus when you move the logging window focus to listen on the second
band. Changing the transmit focus would automatically stop transmitting.
