I guess maybe I wasn't specific enough. Words have meaning and there is no
definition of what a "permanent station location" is Also "2: Portable
Equiptment and Antennas" may not be the same as 2: Portable Equiptment and
Portable Antennas. Erich, your rover is a testimonial to the fact that length
really does matter.
