Isn't that sort of what unlimited rover is supposed to be? It would be
a small step to convert "unlimited" to "team", score them like
multi-multis, the teams can compete independently of the classics and
the limiteds. Classics or limiteds could travel with the team as long
as they follow the limits as recommended (or they can just become team
members).
