[VHFcontesting] IC-30L and IC-3PS

Looking for info on an Icom IC-30L and IC-3PS unit.  An accessory to
the IC-402.  If there is a good list or forum for antique Icom VHF
gear, I'd appreciate the pointer.

The only thing I was able to find is a mention in the IC-402 manual.
