RRR The East coast will be looking West after 8PM local time.
Too bad the super coastal Tropo opening over the weekend has (surprise) gone
away for the sprint.

Subject: [VHFcontesting] Tonight's 144 MHz FALL Sprint (9/22/08)
Hello VHF Contest-land,
Looking at Hepburn's forecast graphics, it looks like potential for some
"slight" tropospheric enhancement in the area of the southern Great Lakes
this evening, particularly along the southern part of Michigan's Lower
Peninsula (aka "the mitten"). Or do I not know how to read the charts?
Will anyone else be on to "test" it?
WB8BZK/R and K9JK/R will both be on from the NW Suburban area of Chicago
(EN52, EN62, EN51, EN61), Others reporting plans to be on from this neck of
the woods...K9KL (EN64ck), KC9BQA (EN63ao), N9TF (EN52xg).
Hello Northern Ohio and Southern Ontario? (Western Pennsylvania? Western New
York?) DO remember that the Sprint doesn't start for Central Time until an
hour after it starts for Eastern Time so turn your beams west at 8pm Eastern
time.
73, JK
