All - In the announcement of the winners of the 2nd ARRL HOmebrew Challenge:

W1ZR, < w1zr@arrl.org >, is soliciting input on an appropriate and achievable 
objective for the 3rd ARRL Homebrew Challenge. Perhaps a multiband VHF/UHF 
antenna challenge would be a good topic? I have sent an e-mail off to Joel 
suggesting this, and if you think it is a good idea, perhaps you can give it 
some thought and send off your ideas to Joel as well. - Duffey
