CQ Magazine has decided to cease print publication of three of it's
magazines including CQ-VHF, Popular Communications, and World Radio.
These three publications will become part of a new digital publication
called "CQ Plus" that will be available to subscribers of the digital
version of CQ Magazine.
This is the second demise of CQ-VHF, at least in print form.
Regrettable, but also understandable given the high costs of printing a
magazine with a limited subscriber base. Can't wait to see what the new
"CQ Plus" version looks like, and I hope it will have a lot of VHF
coverage.
CQ-VHF is one of my favorite magazines, and I'm happy to have a complete
collection.
