Dave,

Even though I am not technically much of a VHF nut anymore (an embarrassment
to my FN66 grid homies) one of things I look forward to every 2?sDay are ur
funny but informative messages about all things ?222?. My toque is off to
you once again, and even though you?re sick, you managed to crawl out of bed
(presumably), fire up your PC and type out your encouraging message. If you
are dictating to an AI-bot on your Kindle to type your message while still
under the covers some might call that cheating, hi

I think the 222 Committee (and Howard?) would probably forgive you if you
took a week or two off and recuperated.

I was trying to think of something worthy, witty and clever to say here, but
failed. I cannot compete with your unique humour, so we?ll just have to wait
until you?re feeling better to enjoy those proper giggle lines coming out of
Mumbo Jumbo land.

Be well my friend!

Yes it is Tuesday, but I must sit this one out. I came down with what
I believe is Covid and it is knocking me for a loop. I had it once
before and it was no biggie. This time, I am really out of commission.
If someone offered to saw off my head I would probably taker them up on
it. I have a wicked cough, stuffed sinuses, aches, and a bad sore throat.
I can't really talk.  Last night I got zero sleep and I must beg off
on operating this evening.  The good news is that WZ1V, Good Buddy Ron
has his amplifier running again and, hopefully will take up the slack
and vacuum in a bunch of callers for the evening. If I feel up to it, I
may get on in hopes of contacting WA3EOQ to keep our 100% contact
streak running. I won't be on SSB though. I may not show at all. It all
depends.

So the plan is for everyone to show up and look for your friends. You can
even look for Ron.  The ON4KST Chat page is a good resource. ( ON4KST.com
144/432 Region 2 Chat) THe festivities get in high gear pretty close to
23:00 UT.
