[VHFcontesting] Use of pop-up campers?

Just wondering if any of you folks presently use or have used a pop-up 
type camper for your contesting setups as a friend of my wife's husband 
has a older pop-up camper in so-so condition for almost give-away cause 
kids are all grown and he just bought a new RV, and my wife thought it 
would be perfect for my little trips to the local mountaintop?
