[VHFcontesting] W4NH im EM85

I am sorry to announce that because of a shortage of operators W4NH in EM85
will be limited multi on 6 through 432 instead of full multi as previously
announced.  We will have big antennas and legal limit (or close to it) power
on all four bands so look for us on those four bands.  We are disappointed
that we will not have microwave gear this time.  Maybe next year if we can
get enough operators.
