If this is the 4-element Telrex, than I used to own one. Worked fairly well,
except the brown phenolic material used to support the trap and aluminum
element is VERY brittle after a few years. Expect the elements to be "wilted"
soon if they are not already.
Sorry, but I don't know the value of the caps. Replacing them would be tough
without making all new trap forms since they are dipped in epoxy.
