This bolt goes on the back side of the equalizer plate, bolt goes through my
4x4” tubular steel posts.

Rohn part number 260004p. The lowest price I saw was ~$100 and looks like list
is $128. And like you said, out of stock everywhere.
I'm not clear on where/how this gets used with the equalizer plate, but it
seems there must be a better option. I'm surprised nobody has offered advice on
that.
