Dave's local override of wallpaper on Netscape.

I've had the same trouble on numerous Web pages. The cure at my end using
Netscape 3.0 is go into Options, choose Preferences, choose Colors,
then Background, then select Custom.
Now check, Always Use My Colors (I've selected gray)
And the last step is to check Always Use My Colors, Overriding Document.
