I have several pieces of 1/2 and 7/8 Andrews hardline. One of the 7/8 pieces
has a splicer in it, similar to the end fittings on both ends. I would like
to caution you that some of the older stuff has ridges on the outside which
are spiral in shape. That is, they advance like a screw thread and they take
