[TowerTalk] Source for renting tower and cable installation tools

Does anybody know of a source that will rent out tools for cable assembly
work for Times, Andrew and / or RFS Cable Wave Systems? These tools are
incredibly expensive , but excellent vs. alternatives that I am finding.
But for use only now and then, I can't justify paying those prices, unless
no other source available. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
