I got several replies so thank you to them, but my tower is not the SSV type
as shown in the Rohn catalog. That tower seems to taper continuously. In
the tower in question, the first two sections are NOT tapered but look like
Rohn 65 or so (legs are 27 inches outside to outside). The 3rd section
tapers from the 65 to maybe Rohn 45 ; then there are two 45's (legs are 16
inches outside to outside) . then the next (6th) section tapers from 45 to
either 25 or 20. There are two sections like 20 or 25, the top one having a
pointy top.
I hope this clarifies this.
