The theory thread has been interesting. I started out in the vacuum tube
era; perfectly at home with the likes of homebrew PP TZ-40?s, Class ?B?
modulation, Meisner Signal Shifter, Central Electronics 10B and so forth.
Thank goodness ?RF? antennas, propagation, etc has not changed. Cherish
Ohm?s Law. However in the mid ?90?s in order to try and cope with
computer / software technology, I had to learn to often accept two new
outcomes....?Sometimes and Maybe? ! Just my take..... (((73))) Bob K4BG

This is video of a technician climbing 1768 feet to the top of a
transmissions tower for repairs.
It also shows him free climbing and some dialog to go along with it.
Its a helmet cam so if anyone gets dizzy or has anything that can give
out
watching this stuff while sitting in your chair....be warned!...DO NOT

I tried to watch. When he left the cage and went up the pole...I had to
quit. I'm grateful for people willing to do this...but I think they are
certifiable.??73,

Has anyone had experience with the universal 9-50 tower ?
I'm installing one now at my home QTH and do not have the room to assemble
On the ground, doing it the hard way, building up.
Thanks,

Actually, where I come from it's correctly called a "fits all" or
"Fitsall"
for good reason ....
