Don't understand your statement. I don't see why it should be so hard to add
one more wire running from the top to the (near) bottom of any tower (that is
climbable that is). I'm strongly consider it for my Rohn 55 equivalent AL
tower. I hope more will follow. Not that I need it but I have had no need for
seat belt in my car as of yet either (knock on wood).

Not quite the same as Rohn 25 - 55 style towers boys.
Anyway, the point was not that their a bad investment, the point was that
this is a ham tower reflector, not a professional tower riggers reflector
(last I checked anyway). And in our universe, it is not only rare but
exceptionally rare, to see a safety line running the length of a tower.
