Just drill away and use a good quality caulk to seal around the outside. If the 
block is solid or concrete filled, getting the cables through a drilled hole is 
easy. If not, use a wood dowel and some tape to guide it through. If you want, 
you can also caulk inside and apply some paint for appearance.

You do have lightning protection and a good ground outside, yes?
