There’s a lot unsaid here. Would you add the new sections one at a time, working at the 10’ level on a step ladder? That would be neat. Splice the cables ahead of time so they go up with the tower. Same for guys, but the guy radius will drop a lot, as a % of height. Is that OK? Lay out new guys and pull up through bottom turnbuckle, after splicing new guy section on with hardware (double clevis?
