Yellow jackets can put me in the ER.  I have epi-pen.  As a back-up I went 
to Publix and got a 3.5 oz plastic ctr of Adolph's Tenderizer (abt $3.50). 
No MSG kind and unseasoned.  Ingredients are: salt, sugar, corn starch, and 
bromelain (tenderizer).
Question: is this the "right stuff"??
