Entirely legal per NEC. Potential crosstalk/RFI issues are no different from running them next to each other outside of conduit, and the same precautions are appropriate.

1) Where the control lines are connected to electronics, use twisted pair for all the control lines, with a pair per circuit. Twisted pair is NOT needed if connected to switches and relays on both ends.

2) Use common mode chokes on both control and coax if RFI becomes an issue.
