You do not need a wire like that from the rig to the entrance panel. As a matter of fact you don't even need a separate ground wire in that location. The coax shields can serve that purpose. If you are planning a large wire to handle lightning currents, you are already in trouble because running lightning current thru your house is the wrong thing to do. All ground wires should go to a common point OUTSIDE your house and there should be no path for lightning flowing thru your house (so you don't need that large wire).

Large wires, like #4 should be used outside for connecting ground rods. The more radials/rods coming off the tower, the smaller the wire can be.
