First off -- thanks to all for the comments on pulleys and getting
wires in trees and having them stay there! One respondent suggested 3/8" x 12" screw eyes, and another emphatically stated that I needed forged screw eyes. I can't find a source of these, certainly not forged ones. Can anyone suggest a source -- and is 12" too long? -- now if I could only find an available tree climber!
