I have a pair of 14L KLMs but they use 4 driven elements and a single
coaxial (concentric tubes) balun mounted to the boom. No hairpin or half
wave coax matching.
I think I have all new insulators too. OTOH I have no idea as to where
the manuals are, although they are around here...some where.
